1. How do I make a purchase
  • Select the products you wish to purchase, and click ‘Add to Cart’ to view your cart.
  • You can also view your cart by clicking on the shopping cart in the top right hand corner. This allows you to view your selection and update if necessary.
  • Once you have finished shopping, click ‘Check out’
  • Enter your contact information and billing address.
  • You will see the total amount of your purchases, and you can add a discount code if there is a promotional offer.
  • Click ‘Continue to Payment method’
  • Click ‘Complete order’
  • You can now select that you are paying by credit card, and you may be requested to enter a one-time PIN (OTP) which is a password using 3D secure payment security technology.
  • Once your payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order.
2. Delivery Terms, Options & Tracking
  • We courier to any address in South Africa. Courier delivery takes 1 to 3 working days depending on the destination. We use The Courier Guy and Aramex  or postnet-postnet. 
  • Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. 
  • Please note that the lead times are the best case scenarios.
  • We do our best to dispatch orders as they come in and we rely on the couriers not experiencing delays themselves, but we cannot guarantee the lead times. The delivery fee for courier is standard at R105 throughout South Africa or Collection Point in Rustenburg and Hartbeespoort. By Appointment Only.
  • Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery. Ensure there is someone to accept delivery at the address provided.
  • We will email you and your parcel’s tracking information the first working day after we dispatch it. You can then track your parcel on the courier’s websites.
3. Returns
  • You are welcome to return purchased item within 7 days of purchase still in original packaging. We will issue a credit note. Kindly note that signed copies of books purchased cannot be returned. Candles that have already been burned will not be exchanged or refunded.
